Are you interested in bringing a group course to your community? Let me travel to you and aid in deepening your connection with friends, family and/or community through a shared experience of practicing mindfulness.

About the Course

Over three months and four classes, I will come to your group and we will meet in-person to experiment with different types of meditation, breathwork, visualization, sensory exercises and other healing modalities. We will focus on attention, awareness and the importance of intention in your daily lives.

Each month, you will learn a new technique that you will practice between in-person classes. I will provide one-on-one support through weekly check-ins that suit your schedule and needs, and you’ll also build bonds and support systems with your fellow classmates to help when you need a boost or to give a hand to someone else. Most importantly, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and, in turn, become a stronger individual, partner, family member and community member.

Last – it will be FUN! You will laugh. You will cry. You will grow. Your heart will expand.

You will be forever changed and never look back!

Is This Course for My Community?

Do you or someone you know have trouble finding time for yourself? Dose anyone around you have a hard time saying “no?” Exhausted? Feel like you’re always looking ahead? Is there a missing a sense of inner peace? Maybe you are all happy with life and simply want to enhance that happiness! Would support learning to meditate be benificial for people in your group? Do you want to connect with others from your community in a fun way? Are you interested in expanding your perspective on different types of self-healing?

Who Should Attend the Course?

Anyone! Young, old, man or woman. This course is intended for beginners, but if you already have mindfulness practices in place, you can use the course to take it up a notch! It's your group - you get to decide who attends! 
 

Individuals in rural communities do not have abundant access to in-person alternative courses such as mindfulness. As a small-town-native, I’ve created this course with rural folks in mind, to bring affordable wellness practices out to the country! But even if you're in a big city and simply want to connect with those near and dear to you, or perhaps even with those you work with, this course can be adapted for all.

When and Where? How Much Time Will I Devote?

I'm currently accepting location requests! If you have a group or believe there will be enough community interest in your area, lets talk!


We meet once monthly over four months. Each meeting will be approximately two hours. 


Between the live courses, you will spend 15-30 minutes each week checking in with me and the others in the group. This will be through text or calls, at times convenient for you.


After each course and on your own time, you will have mindfulness practices to weave into your normal routines for the following month. How much time you put it is up to you! This course is not meant to add stress. You will be given tips on how to incorporate the month’s exercises into your schedule and set up for success! 


Each month you will learn new techniques to try. At the end of the course, you’ll have a toolbox full of things you can pick and choose from to keep the peace growing inside you.

What is the Cost?

The cost for the course is $250 per person for 10 or less participants. For more than 10 people, the price drops.

Payment is not required at time of registration.
That's only $250 for 3 months and 4 classes of guided, one-on-one support!

~Does your profession have you working with kids? Are you bringing this to your faculty? Teachers, educators, or faculty recieve an additional $50.


Payment plans? Yep! You can split the cost into 2 or 3 payments. But you must be paid in full before the start of the second class. We will work together to customize the payment plan for you.

 

You do not have to pay at the time of registration. Fill out the registration and I'll contact you regarding payment.

Limited scholarships are available. If the above cost is out of range for your group, but feel like you are a yes, please contact me and let’s talk!

Refunds? 
Please consider payment a promise to yourself, that you’ll be giving the gift of this time to yourself and committing to experimenting with a new way of playing with life. For most situations, I will gladly apply the funds to other offerings. But, if life throws you an unexpected circumstance, let’s talk. No refunds after the first course begins.
